2024 ASI Conference Registration Form

Conference Package—Wednesday and Thursday, June 5–6, 2024

Your conference package is inclusive. Registration includes the welcome reception on Tuesday evening, Wednesday and Thursday sessions, breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, and your stay in a private room in the residence hall for up to three sleeping nights.

Preconference workshops are optional and priced separately. They should be added to your shopping cart before checking out.

Cancellation Policy for Conference

There is a $100 processing fee per registration for cancellation May 11–24, 2024.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 24, 2024.

Cancellation Policy for New Indexers and Intermediate/Advanced Indexing Workshops

There is a $50 processing fee per registration for cancellation May 11–24, 2024.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 24, 2024.

Cancellation Policy for Fresh Start with Cindex 4.3 Workshop

There is a $30 processing fee per registration for cancellation May 11–24, 2024.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 24, 2024.

    For the best conference experience, we hope you can participate fully in the conference schedule, but we understand you may not be able to be present for every event.

    6:00 pm to 8:00 pm: Please indicate if you will come to the welcome reception.

    Sleeping Nights in the Residence Hall
    Bryn Mawr College requires every guest who stays on campus to be registered. Your conference registration includes up to three sleeping nights in a private room (T-W-Th). Please indicate the nights you need for your stay in the residence hall.

    Guest of Conference Attendee (not attending conference)
    Every guest who stays on campus must be registered. Non-conference registration includes breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday and their stay in the residence hall. If you will have a guest who is not attending the conference, please provide their name and cell number.


    Be sure to add non-conference registration to your shopping cart before completing your payment. Indicate days your guest will be staying.

    If you plan to park on campus, you will need a parking permit (no charge). Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate if you need a parking permit.

    Buddy Program: New to indexing or ASI? First-time attendee at the conference? Check this box and we'll find you a buddy—someone who'll introduce you around at conference events.
